Description

The VW rock bolt stressmeter is an instrument for verifying the rock bolt construction appropriateness (effective length, yield and stress) by accurately measuring the axial force transmitted by R/B. It is designed for accurate measurement of the axial force applied to the rock bolt to be constructed for the rock reinforcement at construction sites such as tunnel, mining, hangars and cable tunnel.

Composition & Characteristic

▣ Components

① R/B Stressmeter sensor
② Cable

▣ Features

The inside of the body is equipped with a VR sensor that is adjusted to about 1,800Hz. The rock bolt anchor is made of steel for high carbon piping with an inner diameter of Ø16.2 × outer diameter of Ø27.2mm, so that it can be installed easily at inner diameter Ø38mm, the borehole size in tunnel.
