Description
- The electric wave pressure gauge is used to measure the wave pressure acting on caisson structures during port construction. By analyzing the data in conjunction with tide gauge measurements, it helps to understand the marine characteristics of the working area.
- It converts the water pressure transmitted to the diaphragm into an electrical signal through the interaction between the diaphragm and the electric sensor. The principle is based on the change in resistance of the built-in sensor caused by the hydraulic or pneumatic pressure applied to the diaphragm.
- When the converted signal is transmitted to the output device, the device displays it in the required engineering units. Using the provided conversion factor, the value can be calculated in pressure units.
